Combining some of the best and brightest in the industry, Fountain Homes is proud to introduce key members of our staff.

	Lori Fountain, President As a licensed contractor and co-owner of Fountain Homes, Lori is responsible for company management as well as customer care. Her primary function is to ensure that every job is well-organized and flows smoothly from start to finish. Customer satisfaction is, without a doubt, Lori’s top priority. She personally assists customers with lifestyle and budget assessments, as well as finish selections for their home. With seeminly endless patience and compassion Lori is the heart of Fountain Homes.
	David Ervin, Vice President Born and raised in Winchester, VA, David Ervin is a licensed contractor and co-owner of Fountain Homes. Primarily responsible for all structural aspects of construction, David also handles the fiscal management of the company. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction David is an invaluable asset to the Fountain Homes team.
	Paul Wolfe, Lead Superintendent As our Lead Superintendent, Paul is responsible for the daily management of each job. He organizes all construction schedules and management of staff and/or sub-contractors and ensures that all timelines are met. Paul is also responsible for customer care and follow-up once construction is complete. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the field of residential construction.
	Nicole Miller, Project Manager As Fountain Homes’ Project Manager Nicole is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, accurate budget reporting both in-house and to our customers, as well as customer care in all financial aspects of every project.
	Jeff Butler, Vice President of Marketing Jeff has over 15 years of experience in marketing. He is responsible for community support information, as well as the management of all community donations.
	Sandy Chenoweth, Draftsperson Sandy comes to us with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. As a draftsperson with Fountain Homes, Sandy is responsible for customer care related to structural modifications.
