To do so, we did not develop a broker loyalty program with a long list of exclusionary rules and regulations. We did not think up some over-blown limited-time agent incentive. What we did was make a commitment to your success by offering a 4% commission on every home or lot sale advertised on our website, in addition to developing online client registration to protect your vested interest in your client’s home purchase. It is quite simply our way of saying “thanks” for your loyatly and your continued support of Fountain Homes.
It’s simple.
You get a 4% commission on every home or lot sale advertised on our website—that’s 1% above the industry standard.
You receive your agent commission whether or not you accompany your client to the Fountain Homes sales office. As an agent, you can register your clients on our Web site or at our sales center. This information is then retained for up to six (6) months. If your client purchases a home from Fountain Homes during that time, with or without your presence, you will receive your agent commission upon settlement.
